BLUE LINE - GENERAL TERMS

The Blue Line International (BLI) Company transports passengers, their luggage and vehicles in accordance with the valid conditions, which every passenger in possession of a Blue Line ticket should be introduced with.
The regulations that are not encompassed by these conditions will be applied in accordance with the international conventions, in compliance with which the Company`s liability will be determined.

• EMBARKATION

Blue Line reserves the right to modify the timetable indicated in the brochure, without prior notice.
Modifications made in the timetable can occur due to a case of force majeure, technical problems or some other legitimate reasons. In the event of the timetable modifications and the inability to provide an alternative transport, the Company reserves the right to provide the passenger with a full refund of payments made, without further liability or obligation towards the passenger.
The passenger is required to check the timetable and to book a ticket at one of the agencies before the journey. The possession of a ticket does not guarantee a direct embarkation, therefore the passenger is required to check in with the Port agency regarding a boarding card within the time limit indicated in the brochure. Passenger`s failure to comply with the embarkation regulations may result in the cancellation of the reservation. All passenger are required to have a valid passport or another travel document, a valid visa and an international sanitary certificate, if necessary.
A passenger without the valid travel documents may be subject to legal sanctions and denied embarkation.
Passengers are not allowed to bring any kind of weapon into the ship. Passengers who detain weapons and are hence considered harmful to other passengers (due to drunkenness, disease or any other reason), will be subject to adequate legal measures by the Captain.

3) OPEN DATE TICKETS

An open date ticket is valid 12 months from the date of the issue, without the right to a refund. Passengers are required to make a necessary booking well in advance, and if necessary pay the possible difference in price, depending on the tariff in force on the departure date, otherwise the Company cannot guarantee for your reservation and bears no responsibility in case it is unable to transport passengers on their desired travel dates. The difference in price is non-refundable in case of a lower tariff on the day of the journey, inferior accommodation category or partially used pre-paid services.

• TICKET LOSS

The passenger should report the loss of the travel ticket to the nearest Port agency or contact the agency where the ticket was purchased, so that a new ticket could be issued in time after the validity of the lost ticket is confirmed. Without such confirmation, the passenger is required to buy a new ticket.

• TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Complete cancellation of the journey or a partial cancellation of the transportation services should be carried out prior to the journey. The unused return ticket is non-refundable, but can only be converted into OPEN DATE TICKET (see conditions under art. 3).
For the tickets purchased from 1/10 to 30/06 - 100% refund.
For the tickets purchased from 1/7 to 30/09 the refund should be carried out as follows:
from 15 to 7 days prior to departure ............................................20 %
from 6 days to 24 hours prior to departure...................................30 %
on the day of the journey..............................................................50 %

The passenger loses the right to a refund or additional use of the travel ticket in case he doesn`t appear at the check-in.

• VEHICLES

The access to the vehicle in the garage is possible only with the permission of a responsible officer on a ship. The Company is not responsible for any kind of damage during the embarkation and disembarkation of vehicles.
All vehicles should be placed in the garage under appropriate conditions, and there should be no leaking of any kind of liquid from the vehicle onto the floor. In case the driver does not comply to these regulations, the Company has the right to deny him of embarkation or charge him for the garage cleaning costs.

• LUGGAGE

The passenger is required to take care of his luggage, lock it into a vehicle or bring it along. The Company is not responsible for any belongings that may be stolen from the vehicles.

• LIABILITY

The Company is not responsible for any kind of accident or injury occurring during the travel, that may result from the passenger`s recklessness.
Any potential claim or dispute arising under the valid Conditions will be resolved in compliance with the international conventions, and reffered to the Court in London, unless the Company accepts jurisdiction of any other court abroad.

• Twenty euros tariff Terms and conditions

Twenty euros tariff Terms and conditions Single ticket at a special price of €20 can be bought every day via the Internet at the website < http://www.blueline-ferries.com/ >.

When buying a ferry ticket at a special price, the passenger chooses a cabin berth or a seat according to his/her preferences, provided that the selected one is available. A passenger buying a special 20 euros tariff ticket cannot make an additional payment for the exclusive use of the cabin where he selected the berth.

An already purchased ticket is valid only for people whose name is on the booking and it cannot be returned nor exchanged for any other date or person.

This offer is valid until all occupancies are filled to anticipated capacity.
