ITINERARIES
Timetable is subject to changes without advance notification. Jadrolinija as shipowner reserves the right to withdraw or amend any sailing deemed necessary due act of God or any technical reason. Shipowner will take no responsibility for any consequences resulting from the possible delay of any ferry.
DOCUMENTATION
Passengers should hold valid documents or visas (if necessary).
EMBARKATION
Embarkation starts 2 - 3 hours prior departure of the ferry from the starting port or immediately upon arrival and disembarkation of passengers and vehicles in others. International line ticket holders should report to the port agent at least 2 hours prior to departure, otherwise Shipowner reserves the right to dispose of the booked accommodation without refund to the passenger.
OPEN DATE TICKET (VOUCHER)
Open date ticket (voucher) is valid 12 months from the date of issue. Holders of open date ticket (voucher) should make the necessary booking well in advance, and pay possible difference in fare as per tariff in force on the departure date. No refund shall be made to open date ticket holders (voucher) in case of a lower price due a lower tariff, lower category of accommodation or a partial use of any pre-paid service.
CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Cancellation of a voyage or its portion should be done prior to departure. A refund for an unused ticket or an unused portion of the voyage will be done by the agency that issued the ticket, provided that the date of cancellation is duly confirmed in writing by an authorised office (travel agency or port agent). For cancelled tickets, you shall be refunded the cost of your trip less the following charges:
1.Prior to Departure Charge
Up to 22 days 10%
8 -21 days 20%
Up to 7 days 30%
2. For cancellation of a deck ticket by the date of departure, 10% of the fare is to be paid.
3. Open date ticket holders shall be refunded, with 10% charge.
4. Fares paid for meals are refundable without any charges.
No refunds can be made for NO SHOW or for non-cancelled reservation.
Claims are accepted at the latest 15 days after the end of the trip.
LOSS OF TICKET
The loss of ticket should be reported and a new one bought.
The refund for the lost ticket if proven non-used, will be done six months after the issue of a new one.
UNACCOMPANIED VEHICLES
Shipowner is not responsible for any possible damage on unaccompanied vehicles, caused during embarkation/disembarkation.
WARNING
Inflammatory and explosive substances in a solid, liquid or gas form are excluded from carriage. To reach the vehicle during the voyage is possible only if permitted by a responsible person.
PAYMENT ON BOARD
All payments on board the ship are in convertible currency, American Express, Diners, Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa.
LIABILITY
Shipowner limits liability for loss of life or personal injury in the amounts ruled by the Maritime Law of Croatia. Shipowner is responsible for loss or damage of documents, manuscripts, money and valuables; if they are deposited in the vessel's safe (and ascertained by the receipt).
TRANSPORT OF DOGS AND OTHER PETS
Owners of dogs and other pets are obliged to have veterinary certificate. Dogs must be provided with muzzle, except guide dogs of a sightless person. Their nourishment is at the charge of the owners.

LOCAL LINES
Free of charge transport
Free carriage on board car-ferries is granted to: infants up to 3 years of age (applicable to ferries, ships and high speed crafts), bus drivers and bus passengers, drivers on board lorries up to 10 tons, drivers and co-drivers on board lorries exceeding 10 tons, pupils and students - island residents (provided with prepaid public transportation tickets). Hand luggage up to 20 kg is also free of charge.
Lorries
Lorries up to 3 tons, are applied regular tariffs. Lorries or trailers carrying cargoes exceeding their length, are applied the regular tariff plus one ton tariff for each meter exceeding the length of the vehicle/trailer.
Special vehicles
Special vehicles or vehicles not indicated in the regular tariff, are applied separately contracted rates. Lorries for the transportation of furniture are subject to a 50% additional upon the regular tariff.
Extraordinary voyages (not included in the regular sailing-schedule)
Extraordinary voyages for intervention vehicles are charged according to special price list, while other commercial vehicles are applied separately contracted rates.
Vehicles carrying dangerous cargoes
Vehicles carrying dangerous cargoes are only accepted for extraordinary voyages.
Vans and caravans
Vans and caravans not exceeding 1,80 m of height are applied the car tariff.
Baggage trailers up to 3 meters
Baggage trailers up to 3 meters of length are carried free of charge
Double deckers
Double deckers are subject to a 30% additional upon the regular tariff
Motorcycles with sidecar
Motorcycles with sidecar, are subject to a 50% additional upon the regular tariff.
Discounts:
It is not possible to apply more than one discount at a time (applicable to ferries and ships).
Children
Children from 3 to 12 years of age, are granted a 50% discount on adults’ tariff (applicable to ferries and ships).
Cargo
In general, deck cargoes are not accepted on board ferries (except on routes linking the underdeveloped islands). Where accepted, cargoes are not permitted in passenger accommodation spaces (applicable to ferries and ships). In high-speed craft services no cargo is accepted.
Luggage
Luggage up to 100 kg is applied the portage tariff. Luggage from 100 do 1000 kg of weight, on routes linking the underdeveloped islands is to be accompanied with a bill of lading and to be applied the respective cargo tariff.
Pets
Pets are only accepted where not causing danger or disturbing other passengers and/or the ship. They are not allowed in enclosed public spaces. or passenger accommodation. Pet owners to take the risk and responsibility for any eventual damage during the voyage. Dogs to be provided with muzzles, except guide dogs escorting blind persons and to be controlled by lead. Cats to be carried in appropriate boxes. Birds to be carried in birdcages.
Passenger insurance
Passenger insurance cover is comprised with the contract of carriage by sea.
