GAFERRIES - GENERAL TERMS TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PASSENGER TICKETS: 1. This ticket is individual, non-transferable, and is only valid for the itinerary and accommodation seat it was issued for. 2. Meals are not included in the fare. 3. Passengers must arrive at the embarkation point one (1) hour prior to departure. Passengers not reporting at check-in are not entitled to a refund. Passengers who cancel their tickets prior to departure are entitled to a refund equal to half the ticket price. 4. Children under 4 years of age travel for free and are not entitled to a berth. Children 4-10 years travel at half the ticket?s price and are entitled to a berth. 5. The bearer of a full ticket is allowed to bring aboard luggage up to 40 kilograms or 1 cubic meter, free of charge. 6. If a ticket is lost, it will not be replaced and the fare will not be refunded. 7. The shipping company is not liable for any damage or loss of luggage that is under the personal care of the passenger. 8. Jewellery, money and valuable items of value may be handed over to the ship's Purser Office for safekeeping. 9. The ship owning company is not liable for any delays, deviations and/or not keeping normal route, due to adverse weather, orders of the port authorities or the Ministry of Mercantile Marine, or force majeure. 10. Passengers are not permitted to carry explosives, flammables, incendiary substances, and in general any dangerous materials. 11. Passengers are responsible for the observation of the port hygiene regulations. 12. Passengers must follow the captain's and the crew?s instructions regarding order and safety on the ship. 13. During the trip, any passengers? complaints should be addressed to the ship's captain or first mate. After the arrival, they should be addressed to the ship-owning company or to the port authorities. 14. In case the trip is cancelled due to reasons concerning the ship, the fare is refunded without any further obligation of the ship-owning company towards the passenger. 15. The shipping company reserves the right (with approval of the Ministry of Mercantile Marine) to replace the vessel for which the ticket was issued with another vessel. TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR VEHICLE LOADING BILLS : 1. The driver is obliged to embark and disembark his vehicle. 2. Vehicles must be at the embarkation point (and in any case at the area prescribed by the applying Port Regulations) one (1) hour prior to departure. 3. The driver is not entitled to a fare refund in case of missing the departure, whereas if he states the intention not to embark his vehicle (before departure) 50% of the fare is refunded. 4. In case of loss of the loading bill, the fare is not refundable. 5. Vehicle passengers must leave the vehicle before its embarkation. 6. Passengers should take with them all items they might need during the itinerary. Entrance to the garage is not allowed after departure. 7.
